Taking a wrong step in love may create a toxin that harms your body and mind. The following are some love guidelines to keep you healthy.
1. Learn to be a giver.
The key of love is giving, not taking. If you don't expect anything in returns, you will find the true happiness from love. On the other hand, if you expect something and are disappointed, love will torture you and take away your concentration.
2. Be gentle and kind to your loved one.
Speak good words to each other. Using nice words with the one you love will make them feel warm and calm. Those who live amidst the love and warmth of people around them will have better mental strength than those whose family members often say negative and sarcastic words to each other.
3. People with broken hearts should find something else to do.
When you have a broken heart or your love is not answered, the chemical reaction in your body will get you frustrated, worrisome or depressed. If that happens, don't bury yourself in sadness.
"Remind yourself that whatever belongs to you will stay with you. Whatever doesn't will go away," says the doctor.
The suggestion is to find other activities to do, such as exercise, and practicing meditation so you can forget your heart-aching stories. As you are calm and relaxed, your body will produce endorphin, which functions to refresh your mind and brain.
4. Don't rush into sex
Sex is a simple way of telling love through body languages, so your body should be ready for this sexual activity. Don't rush it, otherwise your response won't be natural, and sex will even cause you stress. If either of you still does not have a desire for sex, tell your partner to wait a little, but also give hope to him or her. The best sexual relationship will be achieved when both partners are happy and reach an orgasm together. By that way, the couple will benefit most from sex.

Personal Response
This is a nice story which helps us to maintain our love last long with happiness. It is not only could be used only for lover but could apply to every kind of love, for example, love for parent, family, friends, colleagues or the others. I also have the basically rule which is really useful and I would like to share to others, that is “do to others what we want others to do to you” and “just don’t do to others what you don’t want others to do to you”. This is the secret that I always remind to myself.
