After reading this news, In my opinion I think agree with Prime Minister Abhisit shares his experience that it be benefit for the worldwide' globalize including appreciate about learning and knowledge need to society and have vision it important matter with peoples. If he there into study 10 years in UK and told to not easily morn than thi and complete in real life as same nowaday must have a dis cipline control yourself but after turning to his country is know language is hard found speaker. I think he is good model for all. I would be like him and want he to develop nonformal education in countryside, from the beginning to see this news, very liked it because I hope and wish a chance to go aboard for world outlook and see a different culture, It's superb! How you think about it.
